This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for services provided by INTEGRIXEL COMPUTING PRIVATE LIMITED.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if work has not yet commenced. Once development work begins, cancellation is subject to the terms below.
For micro-services such as bug fixes, SSL setup, speed optimization, and similar quick tasks: refunds are available within 48 hours if the service has not been delivered. Once delivered, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email contact@integrixel.com with your Order ID and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI) within the timeline specified above.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
