By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Integrixel provides IT services including website development, software development, e-commerce solutions, maintenance, and related digital services. The scope of each project will be defined in the order details or a separate agreement.
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST at 18%. The total payable amount including GST is displayed before checkout. Payment is accepted via UPI. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
All services are digital in nature. Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation and vary based on project scope. Standard timelines range from 3 to 30 business days depending on the service package.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for their project. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools used remain the property of their respective owners.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, assets, and access credentials required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.
Integrixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
